Job Description

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients.

About the Position
  • You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop value propositions that cater to their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Identify customer's shipping profile to secure business or refer leads to the appropriate channel.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and relationships.
Requirements
  • Fluency in both English and German language at an advanced C1 level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A competitive salary range of 25,000 - 35,000 euros per annum, depending on experience.
