Dedicated Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role: As a Dedicated Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in our customer service team. We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality customer support via various channels
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- C2 level of French
- Fluency in English or Spanish
- Previous customer-facing experience (B2B or B2C)
- Prior experience in multi-channel customer support
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of approximately 19,743.58 € gross/year
- Temporary 38.5h/week contract with potential for permanent employment
- Monday to Friday shifts: 9h-18h or 11h-20h
- 3 paid weeks of training
