Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via various channels
  • Providing product and service information
  • Researching required information using available resources
  • Identifying customer needs and resolving complaints
  • Maintaining an up-to-date customer information system

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Native or fluent language skills in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian, with good command of English
  • Strong customer orientation and previous customer service experience
  • Availability to work shifts in our international call center
  • Office-based position in Barcelona, Spain
  • Strong PC literacy and goal-oriented mindset
