Your Role

As an Electrifying Customer Experience Specialist, you will provide exceptional support to our customers via multiple communication channels. You will engage with potential customers to answer their queries about our products and services. You will troubleshoot technical issues reported by our customers and guide them in setting up their charging stations.

You will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing issues with their charging stations and escalate issues to the appropriate team as needed. You will work collaboratively with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction, including the development team to report on any product bugs or shortcomings.

You will create knowledge base articles and update internal documentation in support of the customer experience. You will work on a shift-based schedule Monday-Sunday, between the hours of 07:00-19:00.

About You

We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and Dutch - bonus if you speak other languages. You should be located in or around Barcelona and able to work from our office in Barcelona.
