Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Global Customer Experience Specialist to provide outstanding customer service through every interaction. This role involves handling telephone, email, and social media inquiries, ensuring timely and professional resolution of customer needs. You will deal with queries regarding multiple brands and products across various industries, constantly improving your brand and product knowledge to deliver high-quality information to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a fluent level of English (both written and spoken) and exceptional grammar and spelling skills. A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service is essential, along with previous experience in a customer-facing role or call centre environment. You must be flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask, with confidence and an enthusiastic telephone manner.
Benefits
As a Global Customer Experience Specialist, you can expect a competitive salary of around $40,000 per annum, depending on location.
