">In this dynamic and rewarding position as a Dedicated Customer Experience Expert, you will play a critical part in our team's mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers via various channels, including telephone, email, and chats.
">Your Key Responsibilities:

- Taking incoming customer calls and resolving their queries efficiently">
- Providing technical support and managing incidents related to the client's product, car electrical chargers">
- Proactively updating customers on status and resolution progress">
- Escalating potential service issues to the appropriate level">
- Achieving an excellent customer satisfaction level">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

- Proficiency or bilingualism in Dutch with an advanced level of English">
- Customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand customers' needs">
- Ability to take ownership of calls and progress them to resolution or escalation">
