OverviewTTEC is a leading provider of customer experience solutions, helping companies build engaged and profitable relationships with their customers. As a Customer Experience Expert - German Language, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various channels.
About the RoleAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming communications from customers, resolving order-related issues, and providing excellent customer service through voice, chat, or email interactions. You will also have the opportunity to learn about the latest technology and develop your skills as a subject matter expert in your field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Resolve order-related issues using written communication and voice channels
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 6 months or more of related customer service experience in retail, contact center, customer electronics, or similar fields
- Effective written communication skills in German, including grammar and spelling
- Able to work in a team setting and act as one
- Desire to help solve issues, come up with solutions, and keep organized in your work
