Job DescriptionAs a Tire Expert and Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing personalized tire recommendations, sharing promotions, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your key functions will include:
- Providing expert advice on tire specifications and driving needs
- Informing customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and special offers
- Handling customer complaints and inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall satisfaction
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in one European language (written and spoken)
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to customer inquiries and complaints
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
