Job Description: Guest Experience Specialist

We seek an exceptional Guest Experience Specialist to join our Ukio team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless and memorable stays for our guests. Your excellent communication skills, fluency in English, French, and Spanish, and ability to adapt to dynamic situations will be vital in raising the bar on Ukio's service standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex guest requests and coordinate visits, replacements, and repairs
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments (technical support, product development, sales)
  • Communicate customer feedback and issues to relevant departments for product and service improvements
  • Maintain professional and approachable communication via phone, email, and WhatsApp chat
  • Provide updates to guests on the status of their requests
  • Escalate unresolved cases to Tier 3
  • Explain complex technical issues to non-technical customers
About You:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Professional fluency in English, French, and Spanish (both spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar guest-facing role
  • Strong communication, problem-solving skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with using computer software for booking, communication, ticket management, and record-keeping
  • Knowledge of Zendesk and Hubspot usage is a plus
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, Ukio offers:
