We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Sales Expert to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving business growth.

**Your Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities with existing clients* Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences* Utilize your negotiation skills to close deals and exceed sales targets* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop value propositions* Provide outstanding customer service through proactive communication and issue resolution* Analyze customer data to identify trends and optimize sales approaches

**What We Offer**

* A competitive salary range of **€35,000 - €50,000 per annum**, based on experience* Opportunities for career growth and professional development* A dynamic and supportive work environment* Excellent sales, product, and systems training provided* Ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure success

**Requirements**

* Fluency in English and Dutch language at an advanced C1 level* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Proven sales negotiation and closing techniques* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment* Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth* Competence in using Microsoft Office and CRM software
