Customer Experience Director

At Landbot, we're on a mission to empower companies to convert leads, capture data, and personalize customer journeys in real-time.
We're looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager (English - Spanish) to join our Success team.
This is a unique opportunity to work with over 3,500 customers, helping them get the most out of using our platform.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring our customers achieve their goals by providing expert guidance and support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the setup and customization process to align with their specific needs and objectives.
- Customer Engagement: Regularly engage with customers to understand their business challenges and ensure they're fully utilizing Landbot's features and capabilities.
- Retention and Growth: Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues that could affect satisfaction, retention, or growth.
- Product Adoption: Drive the adoption of new features and best practices, ensuring customers are leveraging Landbot to its full potential.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
- Upsell and Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional features, services, or plans that can further enhance the customer's experience and success with Landbot.
As a seasoned professional, you'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers at all levels.
You'll also be an expert in customer success strategies, with a deep understanding of how to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth.
In return, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
