About the Job:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences?
We are looking for a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely communication to customers via phone, email, and other channels
- Manage order entry and shipment processes to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Negotiate with planning and distribution teams to secure product availability and expedite shipments as needed
- Collaborate with pricing to obtain quotes and validate customer prices
- Investigate customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Utilize data sources to implement efficient logistical processes
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer services, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Exceptional customer focus and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office Suite
- English language proficiency (Intermediate level)
