Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Experience Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales growth.

About the Role
  • As a Customer Experience Sales Specialist, you will work with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • You will be responsible for upselling and cross-selling products to existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Your primary focus will be on providing outstanding customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
About You
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Fluency in both English and Hebrew language at an advanced C1 level is required.
  • You possess strong sales negotiation and closing techniques, with a proven track record of achieving targets and contributing to business growth.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software is essential.
