About the RoleAs a Customer Experience Specialist at Torrid, you'll be responsible for providing an amazing shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty. You'll perform register functions while utilizing your sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer feels comfortable, cared for, and confident
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing sales and promotion knowledge to increase sales
- Work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends, to meet business needs
- Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and assist in stockroom organization
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, focusing on creating an exceptional customer experience
- Fashion-focused, staying up-to-date on current trends

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
