Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Role: We're seeking a skilled Global Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class customer experiences through voice, chat, or email interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns
- Provide solutions and alternatives to meet customer expectations
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
- 6 months or more of related customer service experience in retail, contact center, customer electronics, or similar fields
- Effective written communication skills including grammar and spelling in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Desire to help solve issues, come up with solutions, and keep organized in your work
