Munay Global Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As an Icelandic speaker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients.

We are looking for someone who can deliver the highest level of service while working collaboratively with our team to ensure timely resolutions and responses to customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to customers via phone and email on a range of issues;
  • Utilize correct procedures to provide accurate and complete information;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and ensure timely resolution and response;
  • BUILD meaningful relationships with customers through courteous, friendly, and professional communication;
  • Meet and exceed customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets;
  • Create exceptional customer experiences that drive satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Work under the direction of management and provide feedback as needed.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Icelandic C2 level proficiency;
  • English B2 level proficiency;
  • The ability to resolve customer concerns and create seamless customer experiences;
  • Self-sufficiency and confidence in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to connectivity, systems, and devices;
  • Immediate availability for a start date as soon as possible;
  • EU citizenship or Spanish residence for eligibility purposes.
