Global Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Global Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our international support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to clients from around the world.
About the Role: We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide timely solutions to complex customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming queries from customers via phone, email or chat platforms
- Identifying issues and providing effective solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Recording data in our CRM system to track customer interactions and identify trends
- Providing ad-hoc support to colleagues as needed
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native level of German and at least a B1 level of English
- Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A drive for excellence and professionalism
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary: 1500€ gross per month (including relocation package)
