IT Support Specialist for Global Customer Experience

Are you looking to take the next step in your IT career with a global leader in customer experience solutions? We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Valencia, Spain.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that offers a 39-hour workweek and a permanent contract. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first-level support to our clients via phone, email, and chat or self-service portal. You will work closely with our internal teams and external service providers to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt and effective technical support to clients via multiple channels
- Utilize internal knowledge databases to resolve issues and achieve high first-resolution rates
- Collaborate with client's second-level service organizations and external service providers to ensure seamless issue resolution
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native level of German and an advanced level of English
- Good knowledge/interest in Telemarketing/Sales
- Good knowledge/interest in IT
- Previous experience in Outbound Sales and Business Development (not required)
- Strong self-organization and time-management skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Energetic and innovative approach to work
- Possess intercultural communication skills and enthusiasm for expatriate lifestyle
- Valid Spanish work permit (required)
We provide a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary of €35,000 - €40,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits such as:
