We offer a full-time position with an indefinite contract (probation period 2 months) and a hybrid working model. You will have the opportunity to work on various tasks, including answering incoming customer queries promptly, identifying issues, and providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent listening skills and proficient communication abilities
  • Working collaboratively as a team player to achieve success
  • Recording customer data accurately in the CRM system
  • Providing ad-hoc support as required
