Customer Experience Director

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Director to lead our team at Apple Store and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service: Actively participate in floor leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modeling what good looks like, and ensuring that business priorities are met and exceptional customer service is delivered.
- Team Development: Lead a team of retail professionals, developing and empowering each member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.
- Operational Strategies: Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by planning and executing operational strategies within assigned functional areas.
You will be responsible for maintaining and upholding company policies and procedures, protecting all company assets, and performing other tasks as needed.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year-
