Director of Customer Experience Strategy EMEAC

Galderma is seeking a skilled professional to lead customer service operations in the EMEAC region. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic planning, team management, and customer relationship building.
About the Role
This role reports directly to the Head of Supply Chain EMEAC and involves leading and managing the customer service team to ensure premium service delivery and customer satisfaction across the EMEAC Northern and Southern clusters.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service Strategy Development: Develop and implement customer service strategies aligned with Galderma's goals and objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead the customer service team, providing strategic direction to achieve targets and objectives.
- Team Management: Responsible for recruitment, training, and managing a high-performing customer services team.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance against targets and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A Master's degree in a related field or an MBA.
- Proven experience in a similar customer service role, leading teams and influencing strategic directions at a global and regional level.
- Developed short- to long-term operational plans for optimizing the organization or function.
- Business partnering, stakeholder management, and hands-on skills.
- Budget accountability.
- Strong team player with effective communication and people management skills.
- Fluency in English, with other European languages being a plus.
Compensation Package
The successful candidate can expect a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a bonus structure and extended benefits package.
