Job Summary
Galderma is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Director EMEAC to lead and manage the customer service operations in the EMEAC region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering premium service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer service strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead the customer service team and provide strategic directions to achieve targets and objectives.
- Responsible for recruitment, training, and managing a high-performing customer services team.
- Monitor performance against targets and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Leverage technology and tools to streamline customer service processes and enhance communication channels.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a related field or MBA.
- Proven experience in a similar customer service role leading teams and influencing strategic directions at a global and regional level.
- Developed short to long-term operational plans for optimizing the organization or function.
- Business partnering, stakeholder management, and hands-on approach.
- Budget accountability.
- Strong team player with effective communication and people management skills.
- Fluency in English, other European languages are a plus.
