Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Guest Services Manager to lead our Front Office team and ensure exceptional customer experiences for our guests. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day hotel operations, maintaining high standards of service quality, and contributing to our business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire our Front Office team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
- Maintain high standards of service quality, ensuring that all guests receive excellent care and attention.
- Manage day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams.
- Work closely with the Director of Operations and General Manager to implement changes in hotel procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Act as Manager on duty, resolving issues and finding solutions to any challenges that arise.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar role in the hotel industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; Catalan is highly valued, and other languages are also an asset.
- Familiarity with Opera cloud or a similar front desk operating system and understanding of GDS is a plus.
