Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while growing your book of business.
About the Role
As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will work effectively to service and upsell client products to existing customers. You will educate the customer on their current products and identify additional sale opportunities, consult on products with compassion, and resolve customer issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring your passion and experience in goal setting and negotiation to close a sale, handle objections and rebuttals during role plays and customer interactions.
- Grow your book of business by developing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring retention.
- Engage customers in a consultative manner to develop value propositions that cater to their needs.
- Respond to incoming calls/emails and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in both English and Hungarian language at an advanced C1 level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth.
- Competence in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Our company culture values knowledge, encouragement, support, and leadership. We also provide excellent sales, product, and systems training, as well as ongoing sales coaching.
