About the Role

As a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Experience Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients. Working onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about making customers happy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Servicing and upselling client products to existing customers
  • Identifying and capitalizing on sale opportunities for products that may pair well with current products and future needs
  • Providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers in a consultative manner
  • Developing value propositions that cater to customer needs and increasing volume for existing clients and acquiring volume for new customers
Requirements
  • Fluency in both English and German language at an advanced C1 level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth
What You Can Expect

We offer a competitive salary of $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities and a range of benefits. Our work schedule is Monday to Friday, and we provide excellent sales, product, and systems training with ongoing sales coaching. You will be part of a knowledgeable, encouraging, supporting, and present leadership team that values career growth and learning opportunities.
