Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences? We're seeking a skilled Sales and Customer Experience Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

About the Role

We're committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion. As a Sales and Customer Experience Consultant, you'll be responsible for working effectively with clients to service and upsell their products. You'll identify opportunities to capitalize on sales growth, develop value propositions that cater to customers' needs, and engage with them in a consultative manner.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to understand their current products and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales growth, focusing on relationship building and customer retention.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to incoming calls and emails to deliver outstanding experiences.
  • Utilize advanced negotiation and closing techniques to secure business and meet targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and business growth.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong background in sales, preferably in an international setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Slovak at an advanced level.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
