Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Sales Consultant at Ttec, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while maximizing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and upsell client products to existing customers
  • Educate customers on their current products and identify additional sale opportunities
  • Grow your book of business by developing new business opportunities and establishing strong customer relationships
  • Engage customers in a consultative manner to develop value propositions that cater to their needs
Requirements

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Fluency in both English and Latvian language at an advanced C1 level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques
  • A goal-oriented approach with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth
  • Competence in using Microsoft office and CRM software
