Customer Experience Consultant

We are seeking a talented Customer Experience Consultant to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Manage consumer requests related to information and complaints through various channels.
- Provide personalized product recommendations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve cases and issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, strong empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in reporting tools.
- Long-term fixed-term contract renewable every year.
- Competitive salary: €950-€1100 gross/month (including accommodation) or €1300-€1400 gross/month (excluding accommodation).
- 50% hourly wage compensation during training period (from 1 to 4 weeks).
