About the Role

In this role, you will be the ambassador of the brand and provide an excellent customer experience and satisfaction accompanying the future customer till the sale is concluded successfully, having the opportunity of having a significant impact on the business.

  • You will strive for a positive customer experience by leading competent consultations in a target-driven environment.
Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for conducting competent advice and sales discussions with pre-qualified customer leads.
  • You will receive the lead from the marketing team.
  • You will be responsible for the pre-sales processes and give a positive experience to the future client.
  • You will carry out the sales processes and always have your main focus on the positive experience of the client.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in presales, sales, and customer service in a multi-channel environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (both voice and written).
  • German C2 Level.
  • High level of self-motivation to contribute to achieving the company targets.
  • Custoemr-centric and problem-solving.
  • Attention to detail and sales affinity and focus.
