Job Description

The Sales and Client Experience Ambassador is responsible for conducting competent advice and sales discussions with pre-qualified customer leads, received from the marketing team. Your main focus will be on delivering a positive experience to the future client, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

You will be responsible for the pre-sales processes, carrying out sales processes, and maintaining a high level of self-motivation to contribute to achieving company targets. Your attention to detail, sales affinity, and focus on the client's experience will set you apart as a valuable member of our team.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, and a multi-channel environment
  • Excellent communication skills (both voice and written)
  • Native level of Dutch
  • High level of self-motivation to contribute to achieving company targets
  • Customer-centric and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and sales affinity
