Sales Ambassador for Client Success

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Ambassador for Client Success to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer service, and building long-term relationships. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
The ideal candidate will possess fluency in both English and Slovenian languages at an advanced level, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities by understanding client needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of client products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition.
- Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
