About the Role
As a Sales Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our goal of delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will work effectively to service and upsell client products to existing customers, identifying and capitalizing on all sale opportunities for products that may pair well with their current products and future needs.
Your Responsibilities
- Grow your book of business by developing new business opportunities and establishing and nurturing customer relationships.
- Engage customers in a consultative manner to develop value propositions that cater to their needs.
- Identify the customer's shipping profile to secure their business or refer the lead to the appropriate channel.
- Respond to incoming calls/emails and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer experience.
What You Bring to the Table
- Fluency in both English and Slovenian language at an advanced C1 level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques.
- A goal-oriented approach with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth.
- Competence in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
