Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Sales Ambassador to join our team at Recruitment Direct. As a key player in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with trade partners, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with retail partners on a weekly basis to ensure they have the right stock and are well-informed about new product ranges.
  • Sales Growth: Advise partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Stock Management: Conduct stock checks and facilitate timely reorders of sold products.
  • Program Expansion: Seek new opportunities to expand our stockist program and ensure continued engagement from partners.

About the Role: If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer relationships, this could be your next opportunity. You will work directly with independent retail outlets like toy stores, hobby stores, and book stores, offering strategic advice and ensuring they have the right products in stock.

Ideal Candidate Profile: We are looking for someone who is:

  • Relationship-Oriented: Skilled in building connections with clients and colleagues.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong in providing excellent service with the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Organized & Efficient: Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing time effectively.
  • Possess a third level qualification (i.e., degree) and a driving license.
  • Sales-Savvy: Adept at influencing existing clients and driving sales growth.

Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Greek, plus ONE of the following: Dutch, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, or Norwegian.
