Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers using various techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Lead Qualification: Assess leads based on predefined criteria, such as budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring leads are nurtured and moved through the sales process efficiently.
- Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and following up on leads.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Reporting: Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
What You Need to Succeed
- Complete proficiency in verbal and written English and another European language is a plus.
- You are completing a Bachelor/Master/MBA degree.
- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills.
- An independent worker with the capability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Highly motivated and eager to thrive within Sales & Marketing and play a key role in B2B Sales processes.
- Openness and ability to learn sales automation tools and processes.
