Are you a motivated sales professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Ambassador to join our international team at Abroad Experience. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success.

About the Role

The Global Sales Ambassador will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing administrative and organizational support. This includes aligning daily operations internally across departments and handling customer contact when needed.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify customers' needs and map these against the entire hardware and services portfolio
  • Build or maintain relationships with clients
  • Enter sales and purchase orders in the ERP tool
  • Elaborate sales proposals based on customers' requests for products and/or services
  • Onboard new clients (e.g., add company information to internal ERP tools)
  • Act as liaison between customer and internal departments
  • Follow sales operations processes and make suggestions for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Fluent English language skills; other languages are a plus
  • Proactive approach to provide help when and where needed
