We are Talent Search People - Native Speakers, a global education company with a strong presence in multiple countries. Our mission is to provide high-quality language learning programs for students of all ages.
As a Spanish-speaking Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in managing international sales operations and student admissions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless experience for clients, providing consultative guidance on study options and collaborating closely with the Customer Care, Student Support, and Summer Camps teams to meet student needs.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Sales experience, preferably in travel, tourism, or language education
- Fluent Spanish (C1/C2) and high proficiency in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage high volumes of leads and meet sales targets
- Goal-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
