Job Summary

We're seeking an Automotive Specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a subject matter expert, you'll provide top-notch service to clients via voice, chat, or email interactions.

  • Share engaging explanations of features to enhance customer product knowledge
  • Adapt coaching style to meet individual customer needs and preferences
Requirements
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Savvy with technology and software
  • Self-sufficient and resilient attitude
  • Confident and adaptable communication and coaching skills
  • Engaging presentation skills
  • Resident of or ability to relocate to Athens, Greece, and gain work authorization
