At TTEC, we believe in creating amazing customer experiences. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in helping us achieve this goal.

Your Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and upselling client products to existing customers. You will also identify and capitalize on all other sale opportunities for products that may pair well with their current products and future needs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Bring your passion and experience in goal setting and negotiation to close sales, handle objections and rebuttals during role plays and customer interactions.
  • Grow your book of business by developing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring retention.
  • Engage customers in a consultative manner to develop value propositions that cater to their needs, with the goal of increasing volume for existing clients and acquiring volume for new customers.
  • Respond to incoming calls/emails and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer experience.
  • Identify the customer's shipping profile to secure their business or alternatively, refer the lead to the appropriate channel.

Your Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Slovenian language at an advanced C1 level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Able to adopt a well-rounded approach that includes cold calling, relationship building, sales process, and appointment setting.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
