About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Champion to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work effectively to service and upsell client products to existing customers.
  • Educate the customer on their current products and identify additional sale opportunities.
  • Consult on products with compassion and resolve customer issues.

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in both English and Hungarian language at an advanced C1 level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
