About the Role

  • ">
  • You will work with our clients to identify and capitalize on sale opportunities for products that may pair well with their current products and future needs.">
  • Focused on educating customers on their current products, you'll also engage them in a consultative manner to develop value propositions that cater to their needs.">
  • You will respond to incoming calls/emails and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer experience.">
  • Identify the customer's shipping profile to secure their business or refer the lead to the appropriate channel.">

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques, and fluency in both English and Estonian language at an advanced C1 level.
