Job Description
This role involves working as a customer service representative for a technology BPO business in the healthcare industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting customers using multiple channels, identifying issues, handling complaints, and providing solutions and alternatives within specified time limits.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers via phone, email, or chat
- Identifying and resolving customer issues
- Providing professional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with other agents or teams to resolve complex cases
- Documenting actions taken in CRM systems
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Native or fluent Swedish language skills (B2 level English proficiency)
- Strong organizational, listening, and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles
- Proficiency in external systems, PC-based internet, and software applications
