Job Title: Hybrid Swedish Campaign Specialist in Barcelona

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team, focusing on the Swedish market. This is a hybrid role based in Barcelona, offering a blend of remote and on-site work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets in productivity, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
  • Effectively pitch to clients over the phone and compose compelling proposals.
  • Manage time and tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to offer actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with team members and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
  • Native or C2 level in Swedish with B2 level English proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills for effective pitching and writing.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset and client-focused, with a passion for meeting business goals.
  • A team player who thrives in a dynamic, constantly evolving work environment.
