Job Title: Swedish Junior Campaign Specialist

About the Role:

As a Swedish Junior Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to launch and develop their online advertising campaigns. You will serve as a trusted consultant, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions. This target-driven role requires collaboration within a larger onboarding team while working towards individual goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC campaigns.
  • Identify and comprehend the customer's needs and marketing objectives.
  • Increase campaign spend through upselling and promoting sustainable advertising solutions.
  • Handle high volumes of potential clients daily, primarily through phone calls.
Requirements:
  • Education: BA/BS degree (or equivalent).
  • A Master's in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
  • Skills and Experience:
    • 1-2 years of sales and/or online advertising experience.
    • Strong drive to exceed performance targets in productivity, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch over the phone and write compelling proposals.
    • Effective time management and organizational skills.
    • Strong analytical abilities for evaluating campaign performance.
    • Client-focused, with an interest in customer interaction and ownership of business outcomes.
    • Able to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
    • Fluency in Swedish (C2 level) and high proficiency in English.
Benefits:
  • Full-time (39h/week): Monday to Friday.
