Swedish Junior Campaign Specialist Job Opportunity

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing? Do you have excellent communication skills and a strong drive to succeed? We are seeking a Swedish Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team at Recruitment Direct.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a portfolio of new clients, assisting them in launching and developing their online advertising campaigns. As a trusted consultant, you will be responsible for understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions. This target-driven role requires collaboration within a larger onboarding team while working towards individual goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective PPC campaigns for clients.
  • Identify and comprehend client marketing objectives and needs.
  • Upsell and promote sustainable advertising solutions to increase campaign spend.
  • Handle high volumes of potential clients daily, primarily through phone calls.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
  • A Master's in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
Skills and Experience:
  • 1-2 years of sales and/or online advertising experience.
  • Strong analytical abilities for evaluating campaign performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch over the phone and write compelling proposals.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Client-focused, with an interest in customer interaction and ownership of business outcomes.
  • Able to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Swedish (C2 level) and high proficiency in English.
What We Offer:
  • Full-time (39h/week): Monday to Friday.
  • Hybrid work model (in Barcelona).
