Job Opportunity: Junior Campaign Specialist - Swedish Market

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Campaign Specialist to support our efforts in the Swedish market. This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing for both remote and on-site work from Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, build, and optimize online advertising campaigns.
  • Meet or exceed targets for productivity, client satisfaction, and compliance.
  • Deliver persuasive pitches over the phone and create compelling proposals.
  • Manage daily tasks efficiently and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
  • Analyze campaign data to provide insights and improvements.
  • Collaborate effectively within a fast-moving, dynamic team environment.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
  • Native or C2 proficiency in Swedish and B2 English.
  • Strong communication skills for pitching ideas and writing proposals.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical thinking with a client-focused attitude and a passion for achieving business goals.
  • A proactive team player, comfortable working in a constantly evolving, fast-paced environment.
