Teleperformance Spain is a leading provider of customer experience management and contact center services. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Campaign Specialist with English to join our team.

As a Campaign Specialist with English, you will be responsible for partnering with new clients to develop their first online advertising campaigns. You will work in a target-driven environment, where you will strive to meet individual targets and contribute to the success of our onboarding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective online advertising campaigns for new clients
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and sustainability
  • Handle a high volume of potential clients through phone calls

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
  • Native level of English and advanced level of French (a plus)
