Junior Campaign Specialist

Teleperformance Spain, a leading provider of contact center services, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Campaign Specialist to join their team.

About the Role:

In this exciting role, you will partner with clients to develop and optimize their online advertising campaigns, driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives, providing expert guidance on PPC campaign development and optimization.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase spend, upsell, and sustainability.
  • Handle a high volume of client interactions through phone calls, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • English language proficiency at C2 level.
