About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Campaign Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance. As a Digital Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for partnering with new clients to develop their online advertising campaigns and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored online advertising campaigns
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase client spend and drive business growth
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools
