Key Responsibilities- Manage the tracking and measurement of automated omni-channel marketing campaigns to enable impact analysis and optimization.
- Collaborate with the Centre Lead, Campaign Managers, and Platform Managers to ensure reporting and measurement goals are achieved.
- Develop and maintain intuitive dashboards using Tableau to provide post-campaign analytics at both aggregate and customer levels.
- Ensure that campaigns are measured based on global standards and implement tagging and ETL processes accurately to ensure data quality.
- Partner with the global Analytics team to align and ensure data consistency on channels KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in business administration with a strong affinity for technology or a Bachelor's degree in technical studies combined with a strong business mindset.
- 2+ years of experience with digital analytics and reporting/dashboard tools (Adobe Analytics preferred and/or Google Analytics) and other BIG Data environments and/or databases, plus querying languages (i.e. SQL).
- Knowledge of Tableau is a plus, and experience with programming languages such as R and Python is also beneficial.
- Experience in conducting e-commerce, web, or campaign analysis, as well as business acumen and knowledge of omni-channel digital campaigns and marketing automation.
- Fluency in English is required, and experience working in an international and intercultural environment is a plus.
