Job Title: TV Optimization Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled TV Optimization Specialist to join our team at Starcom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for buying TV campaigns, sharing the plan with IPC, and sending the buying orders to the supports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Buy TV campaigns and upload the plan to IPC
  • Send buying orders to the supports
  • Guarantee thorough control and specific goal achievement of each campaign
  • Maximize the performance of each campaign using an analytic and proactive view
  • Constantly check awarding to achieve the goals of the campaign
  • Coordinate the reception of correct materials
  • Watch over the right startup of all campaigns
  • Follow up on campaigns for clients and suggest continuous optimizations to achieve the goals of the campaign
  • Invoice campaigns and resolve invoice incidents
  • Follow the training program in other media to perform other team tasks
  • Contact media

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of related local broadcast optimization experience
  • Offline media planning knowledge and proficiency in media planning tools (Kantar, Tom Micro, Galileo)
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in English (C1 or more)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Offline media planning knowledge and proficiency in media planning tools
  • Bachelor's degree with coursework in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or Administration studies
